How, when and where Boqing Hardware delivers orders in Zambia.
We deliver to all provinces of Zambia. Deliveries within Lusaka are handled by our own team; deliveries outside Lusaka are handled by our courier partners.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Transit then takes 1 working day within Lusaka and up to 5 working days to other provinces.
Delivery is calculated from your delivery location and the size of the order, and is shown before you pay.
At checkout you can use your current location, drop a pin on the map, or paste a Google Maps link, and add your plot or house number, landmark, area and floor. This is important in areas without clear street addresses.
You will receive updates as your order moves from Confirmed to Preparing, Out for Delivery and Delivered.
If nobody is available at the delivery location and we cannot reach you by phone, the order is returned to the branch and a second delivery attempt is charged.
You may collect from our branch during business hours instead of paying for delivery. Bring your order number and identification.
