We deliver to all provinces of Zambia. Delivery charges depend on the distance and the weight of the order and are confirmed at checkout.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 1 to 5 working days depending on your province.

At checkout you can use your current location, drop a pin on the map, or paste a Google Maps link, then add your plot number, landmark, area and any delivery instructions.

Yes. Your order moves through Pending, Confirmed, Preparing, Out for Delivery and Delivered, and you receive an update at each stage.

MTN Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Payment is verified before an order is dispatched.

Prices on the site are our listed prices in Zambian Kwacha. Wholesale and project pricing is available on bulk orders — send your list through the quote form.

Warranty is available on qualifying products. Keep your receipt and the product code, both of which are on your digital receipt.

Every product we list carries its Boqing factory code, for example BQ100055 or BQS100156. The code on the box must match the code on your receipt.

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days. See the Returns and Refunds page for the full conditions.
